"I had to reach out to..."
I had to reach out to burton about a warranty issue with my jacket. They did get back to me and eventually helped sort it out, so I can’t really complain too much. It just took longer than I expected, and I had to follow up once to keep things moving. Compared to some other outdoor brands I’ve dealt with, the process felt a little slower, but the person I spoke with was friendly enough. Overall not a bad experience, just a bit frustrating.

I was expecting the sizing to be all over the place, because that happens way too often and it’s ridiculous. But this fit exactly like I expected, so I’m happy with it.

"Showed up quicker than I thought it would"
I ordered from burton.com kind of last minute, mostly because I’d been putting it off and then randomly remembered while I was having coffee. The shipping ended up being way faster than expected, it actually got here a couple days before the original delivery estimate. The box looked totally fine too, no dents or anything weird. i’d order from them again just because it showed up so quickly and I didn’t have to keep checking the tracking like I usually do...

I found the Burton jacket I’d been looking for, and they actually had it in my size... which doesn’t always happen. Checkout was quick and easy too, so no complaints.

"It works, but it could feel smoother"
I was able to find what I needed on the website, so it definitely does the job. That said, some of the pages took a little longer to load than I expected, and the filters were kind of frustrating to use. Overall, I got there in the end, but the experience left me feeling like it could be a lot easier and more enjoyable.

"Got help way faster than I expected"
I ran into an issue and thought I’d be waiting around for a while, but support got back to me really quickly, which was such a relief. They figured it out and fixed it without making it a whole big thing, and I was able to just get back to what I was doing.

I’ve been wearing my burton jacket often, and it’s held up really well. It feels solid and well made, and even after a good amount of use, it still sorta looks new. Overall, I’m really happy with it

"Pretty solid deal for the quality"
It’s worth the price. Whoever runs this clearly figured out how to keep the quality decent without charging too much, so I can’t really complain.

"Pretty solid order overall"
My burton order got here really fast, which was great, but one of the items ended up being the wrong size. Support took care of it quickly, so that was good, but it was still kind of annoying to have to deal with.

"Finally, a delivery that didn’t make me chase it down"
I ordered a jacket from Burton and, i was kind of bracing myself for the usual tracking headaches or having to contact support again. But it actually showed up right when they said it would. No issues, no back-and-forth, no drama. Happy with it.
